Awesome new technology to help build your own language ontop of the CLR. It's called Dynamic Language Runtime (DLR) and its already been used to build IronPython, a port of the infamous python language to .NET. Apparently IronPython is 1.5 times faster in .NET than in it's native format. Join discussion...

http://arstechnica.com/news.ars/post/20070501-microsofts-fla...
Alright, i was at Mix07 yesterday and i was blown away with silverlight. Finally i can ditch my flash development and really get into the programing that im accoustomed to, microsoft way. Im a .net developer and coding for silverlight "just makes sense" to me. BUT i won't fully ditch flash. It has many features that silverlight wont have on launch, but for the most part it will suffice for my clients! Great job Microsoft! Join discussion...
