Awesome new technology to help build your own language ontop of the CLR. It's called Dynamic Language Runtime (DLR) and its already been used to build IronPython, a port of the infamous python language to .NET. Apparently IronPython is 1.5 times faster in .NET than in it's native format.

Alright, i was at Mix07 yesterday and i was blown away with silverlight. Finally i can ditch my flash development and really get into the programing that im accoustomed to, microsoft way. Im a .net developer and coding for silverlight "just makes sense" to me. BUT i won't fully ditch flash. It has many features that silverlight wont have on launch, but for the most part it will suffice for my clients! Great job Microsoft!

Today YouTube released a major update for the video service that brings a lot of new features to the product, improving the functionality of the page.
YouTube has debuted a new ability - codenamed Active Sharing that is currently a part of TestTube. Active Sharing was built with a single purpose: that of allowing other members of the page to see who is watching a certain clip.
