YouTube is experimenting with inline ads, showing a text ad at the bottom of its player as a video is playing. If a user clicks on the text, a video ad expands and appears layered on top of the player. See what it looks like here

When a copyright complaint about a video is made, the website will take a digital fingerprint of the contents and any attempt to upload an identical video clip will be blocked.

According to student Jay Thaker, the findings of his study showed that of 100 installed pacemakers, electrical interference was detected 50% of the time when an iPod was held at a distance of 2-inches from the chest for 5-10 seconds.

MPAA Math: 40% Plus 70% Equals?

MPAA continues to invent new math. It adds up the 70% (of camcorded movies) coming from Canada with the 40% coming from New York City (not to mention % from the rest of the world) and still come up with 100%. Considering they can't back up earlier reports claiming 30%, 40% and 50% from Canada, don't expect them to explain the 70% either.
