If we take a look at the financial industry in any country we can see that there are tough regulations in place as well as governing bodies whose main purpose is to protect the individual investor and/or the public.
The Venture Capital industry is now maturing and with maturity we will see these same regulatory bodies start appearing.

Authorities say that the dorms of some of the elite engineering schools such as IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) are havens for addicts that can’t say no to surfing, gaming and blogging.
