Are they starting again that "ban everyone" policy? I thought that after the recent unbanning of all the banned domains they were trying to find other solutions... Digg is really worse than ever :(

Maybe they moved the banned domain to a "untrusted" section... is still a sort of penalization, but if you write good content it can still have visibility...
