Yes, Web 2.0 is a buzz word, cliched. However I did use it because first, it was referred to in the article and second, why is it not Web 2.0? Even Tim O'Reilly is referring YouTube to it:

I didn't know about coRank until I have read the TechCrunch article. :) Anyway, it's a good article covering many sites worth checking out if you're looking for other social news sites than Digg.
