Ok, I’m in a bit of a situation here and I need some serious SEO help!! Here’s what I’ve done…I decided to create a blog on Blogger Beta back in March and stupidly did not read about other blogger tools like Wordpress, etc that have more features and that can be used on your own domain name (I know Blogger allows this too, but I was dumb and didn’t know back then that a custom domain name is far better in terms of SEO).

Here’s a nifty little utility that you can use to take any picture that is in BMP, JPG, or PNG format and convert it into BMP, JPG, PNG or ICO format. Using this program, you can take your favorite picture of your girlfriend, let’s say, and convert it into a Windows Icon. Then you can replace out your My Computer icon with her face rather than a boring computer! Hmmm or maybe you don’t want to see her that much…!!

If you’re a big Excel user, then you may have found yourself in a situation where you wished you could have simply picked a value for a cell from a dropdown list of choices rather than having to copy and paste text between cells. For example, let’s say you have an Excel sheet for your own personal budget and every time you enter a transaction on a new row, you type in whether it’s an expense or it’s income.

Holy cow!! I LOVE WORDPRESS! I can’t imagine how I lived for three months on Blogger!! And I joined up on Blogger Beta, I feel bad for anyone who had to use the original Blogger. Nah, I won’t rag on Blogger, it’s a great platform if you are just starting a blog or you’re blogging for fun and don’t care about having a large readership.

Here’s a very cool web site that I ran across on while using StubleUpon called Numbr. Numbr is basically an self-expiring free anonymous phone number that you can have forward to your cell or home phone. Callers cannot see your personal cell or home numbers, just the anonymous number created by the service. The great thing about the whole concept is that it’s free, it takes about 30 seconds to get your number, and it works instantly!
