Is Google really coming out with their own mobile phone?
http://www.online-tech-tips.com/gadgets/is-google-really-com...
ell according to Crunchgear, there might be a Google phone on the market as early as the first quarter of 2008! I usually don’t care to write about gadgets, phones, etc, but when I heard that Google could be coming out with it’s own phone, I felt myself more excited than when I heard about Apple’s iPhone!

Wouldn’t it be nice if you could browse your FaceBook or MySpace without all of the ads and clutter? Personally, I don’t mind text ads, but I can’t stand those annoying animated flash banner ads that takes longer to load than the rest of the page!!!

What to do with a blank screen after changing your computer’s display settings?
http://www.online-tech-tips.com/computer-tips/what-to-do-wit...
Having screen problems? Recently changed your display’s resolution in Windows and now left with a blank or black screen which you can’t change back? It’s annoying when this happens! It’s happened to me numerous times and I have to say that it’s quite terrible that Windows does not have a built-in mechanism to detect whether or not a monitor can support a particular resolution or refresh rate.

How to turn your MP3’s into ringtones for your mobile phone for free
http://www.online-tech-tips.com/computer-tips/how-to-turn-yo...
Why waste $2 or more to purchase those ringtones from your mobile phone carrier, when you can simply take your MP3 collection and convert it yourself! It’s ridiculous to spend any money at all to get ringtones for your phone, especially if you’re already paying to download MP3’s from iTunes, Amazon, etc. There are a couple of sites that make the process very easy, so you don’t need very much technical knowledge to do it yourself.

How to open unsafe or blocked Outlook email attachments
http://www.online-tech-tips.com/computer-tips/how-to-open-un...
By default, Outlook XP, 2003 and 2007 automatically block what are considered “unsafe” attachments, such as executables, zip files, and scripts. This is a great security feature for those people who are not technically savvy and may open an attachment with a virus. However, the blocked file types list in Outlook is quite long and includes lots of files that are perfectly legitimate and safe for some people. Or maybe you are receiving a file from a trusted person and you don’t have to worry about the quality of the attachment.

How to turn your computer into a streaming media player
http://www.online-tech-tips.com/computer-tips/how-to-turn-yo...
Wouldn’t it be great it you could stream your entire music collection to any Internet connected device you own, such as a laptop, mobile phone, PDA, etc? Instead of having to carry around your iPod when visiting your grandparents, why not just access your songs, music, videos, or even your TV from their computer?
