What is Gynecomastia?? Gynecomastia (pronounced: GUY-nuh-ko-MASS-tee-uh), which is also known as "man boobs" is a real medical condition which causes breast enlargement in men. The abnormal enlargement can be in both breasts or one, and sometimes milk will even be secreted. Technically, the condition results from the development of abnormally large mammary glands, and is more commonly seen in adolescent boys and elderly men.

Ingredients to prepare Vaangi Baath [Brinjal Rice] :
* 1 cup - Rice
* 2 1/2 cups - Water
* 300 gms - Brinjal
* 2-3 medium sized - Onions
* 2 tsp - Coriander powder
* 2-3 tsp - Chilli powder
* 2 tsp - Cooking oil
* Salt to taste
* Finely chopped - coriander leaves
Now lets look at method to prepare delicious Vaangi Baath:
Cut the brinjal & onions to not very fine pieces.

Dead Sea climatotherapy is highly effective in the treatment of psoriasis. However, its potential side effects, especially the risk of skin cancer, are unclear.
This Multicenter controlled cross-sectional study was carried out Lit the Dead Sea Solarium Clinic and outpatient clinics of the participating centers. A total of 1198 participants (460 patients with psoriasis and 738 control patients) aged 20 to 70 years were included. A standard questionnaire including demographic parameters and sun exposure habits was administered to all participants. Patients were questioned about previous psoriatic treatments and climatotherapy at the Dead Sea. All participants underwent a structured physical examination of the skin. We compared the prevalence of solar damage for patients with psoriasis and control patients and assessed the extent of photodamage among patients with psoriasis according to exposure time at the Dead Sea in univariate and multivariate analyses.

A new study out today found that both doctors and nurses both take and recommend dietary supplements. Apparently their personal use does not influence their recommendation. A higher percentage of doctors and nurses take these supplements than consumers.
