Yeah, Scribd looks good.
I really don't care about the comments in YourTube.

When it's your turn to ask questions, you should also always ask the person interviewing you where does he/she sees the team 5 years from now, as well as how critical is the role of the team within the company.
That, more than anything else, shows that you're looking for a long term position and don't want to end up in a team with an uncertain future within the company. You'll be surprised how few interviewers are actually expecting you to ask that :-)

To me, Seth is the clear example of a person who can teach but can't act. Or as the old saying goes "those who can't do, teach".
This is an example, and his Squidoo venture (a huge failure) another one. Would you think someone who "knows" so much about marketing a product could actually build and market a successful product himself. Maybe, but Seth isn't the one.

Digg is slowly becoming more of a "social site" and a "recommendation site" and less of a "discovery site". Nothing wrong with that, I think they're still going to be thriving, but I also think that monetization is becoming a big issue here as well.
Trust me, I've been analyzing the site quite a bit, but there are just too many people talking about it that I'm just soooo tired and don't want to go ahead and add yet one more opinion :-)
