11 months, 3 weeks, 6 days, 7 hours agoIf the credit that they were giving out was a glitch, why was the interest rate 29% with a $50 late fee? The application only required a printed name and a signed name, and an ID, this was aimed directly at those who could least afford credit. Shame on you walmart.
