32 months, 1 week, 2 days, 6 hours agoIn provision 18.2 of the proposed Senate Bill 773, the President of the United States is given the authority to declare a cybersecurity emergency and order the limitation or shutdown of Internet traffic to and from any compromised Federal Government or United States critical infrastructure information system or network. Are we ready for federal authority over the Internet?
