20 months, 5 days, 2 hours agoconference on music and copyright reform at McGill University and one of the speakers was none other than Bruce Lehman, architect of the WIPO Internet Treaties and the DMCA. He claims that that the DMCA has failed. Better yet, he says most of the blame falls on the RIAA for refusing to change their outdated business model.
