DOE Says Summer Gas Will Average $2.81 - Currently Gas is $2.82.

The Department of Energy released a statement saying it believes the national average gas price this summer will be $2.81, roughly 3 cents lower than last summer. The problem? As of April 11, the national average gas price was already up to $2.82 - and we haven't hit peak driving or hurricane season yet!
