If the credit that they were giving out was a glitch, why was the interest rate 29% with a $50 late fee? The application only required a printed name and a signed name, and an ID, this was aimed directly at those who could least afford credit. Shame on you walmart.

The Iwilei Costco - the largest among the company's three Oahu locations - posted $300 million in sales last year. Iwilei is so busy, in fact, that it turns its entire inventory every two-and-a-half to three weeks... a logistical wonder considering most everything comes in by water.
