Private rocket rides into space

The 21m-long vehicle lifted off at 1810 California time (0110 GMT) and rose to an altitude of 320km (200 miles).

NASA - Cassini Spacecraft Images Seas on Saturn's Moon Titan

Spacecraft Cassini reveals several large "seas" on Titan, the second largest moon in the solar system. It is speculated that the "seas" may actually contain a liquid combination of methane and ethane.

Pluto IS a planet, says US state, and demands 'Pluto Planet Day'

The state of New Mexico could effectively secede from the astronomical community if a resolution to call Pluto a planet is passed. It states that Pluto, the recently demoted object, "be declared a planet and that March 13, 2007 be declared 'Pluto Planet Day' at the legislature". New Mexico state university was the longtime home of Clyde Tombaugh, discoverer of Pluto.
