Partition Find & Mount - software with new concept of erased or lost partition recovery
1 / 0

It works in the most handy way probable - by locating and mounting partitions into the system, thusly making those lost partitions reachable to you like any normal disk volume. Partition Find & Mount will also work if any Boot Record (including the Master Boot Record) is missing, corrupted or rewritten. Join discussion...

Well basically, Windows has nothing built-in that will help you recover your deleted file. However, thanks to the way Windows works, when you delete a file or even empty it from your recycle bin, Windows does not actually DELETE the file off the hard drive, it simply deletes the reference to the file. http://www.howtoforge.com/recover_data_from_raid_lvm_partiti...

First, a RAID setup must be configured for the partition(s) and then LVM must be set up to use this (these) RAID partition(s) before you will be able to mount it. I will use the Knoppix Linu Join discussion...
