A report released just the other day reports that the poor people of the world are the most ill equip to handle the effects of climate change. So let me get this straight, while the poor people of the world are the ones who emit the least greenhouse gases, they are the ones who will be potentially destroyed by the coming effects of climate change.

Walmart holiday credit glitch aimed at those below poverty level.

If the credit that they were giving out was a glitch, why was the interest rate 29% with a $50 late fee? The application only required a printed name and a signed name, and an ID, this was aimed directly at those who could least afford credit. Shame on you walmart.
