Having a chart-topping single and a multi-platinum album definitely helps a musician's chances of being selected by the Grammy's panel of recording industry experts, but sometimes that isn't even necessary. Some artists will spend years working on an album that never even gets noticed, while others can put out a poor excuse for an album and get an automatic Grammy nod. With the 54th Annual Grammy Awards right around the corner, it's a good time to reflect on the not-so-worthy Grammy winners who we would really like to see give their awards back.
