Hans Reiser, accused of killing his wife over frustrations with a bitter divorce, will have to stand trial, a judge ruled today but not before questioning much of the evidence presented against the computer science wizard. Reiser is the inventor and lead developer of the well-known ReiserFS file system for Linux.
