A Report by the Centre for Responsible lending has revealed that Latinos account for more than half the foreclosures in the state of California. Foreclosure activity was mixed in June in California after touching a low in May. Filing of foreclosures increased while foreclosure sales dipped. Though foreclosure activity dipped in May, fresh filings rose in June by 6.7% and notice of trustee sale zoomed up by 21%. As a matter of fact, notice of trustee sales has outpaced default notices pertaining to the last four months.
