Quirino is a province in the Philippines named after the country’s sixth president, Elpidio Quirino. It is situated in the Cagayan Valley region in Northern Luzon with Cabarroguis as its capital. It is a mountainous place with cool weather temperature, ideal for vacation getaway. It can be reached via land travel.
