As of the end of 2008, Washington Mutual was purchased and the Chase Credit Card branch of JP Morgan has taken over these accounts. For about half of this past year card holders were able to access their accounts thru the Providian web site but that too has been moved to chase.com as well as WaMu Online Banking, there is a redirect.
