4 months, 4 days, 6 hours agoAccounting Software can be installed on a stand alone system with one operator who does all the entries into the system or it can be accessed on the web where multiple people can post entries and modify in a central database. Both these systems have their own advantages and disadvantages. It depends upon the kind of organization and the amount of data it is handling that the decision to have a standalone (desktop) accounting system needs to be adopted or a web (network) based accounting will be better.
