But only when we get some problems we understand that our skin needs a routine care and upkeep. Natural skin care methods are easy and most useful. We wish to suggest you certain natural skin care recipes, you should use them regularly to get a glowing skin.
1. Carrot and honey mask:
Grate a carrot nicely; mix with a spoon full of honey and apply to the face and allow it for 15 minutes before washing it. Do it regularly daily for 15 days. You will find a change in complexion in your face.
2. Pine apple-orange/lemon and wheat flour paste:
Mash a piece of pine apple, mix orange or lemon juice thoroughly, before mixing with wheat flour to make a paste. Apply this to face and neck for sometime and then clean it with cool water. You will get a smooth and fresh skin.
3. Egg with lemon and tomato:
Beat an egg till it gets good frothy finish; store it in a freezer for 15 minutes. Mix grated tomato and lemon juice to mix well into a paste.Apply regularly for about a month to get a soft skin.
4. Dry Brush Ex foliation is a simple natural skin care method being adopted. Take a soft dry brush. Just start brushing in circles on the body from the feet to the chest. Again start from finger tips and move to wards the heart through the shoulders. Likewise complete face, back, feet, legs, thighs etc before taking the shower bath.
