I can't recall which one. Here's a short description from Scoble: "Scobleizer @jkenzer: Twitter is IM and blogging and chat all mashed up without the anonymous idiots. Yes, micro-blogging too!". I couldn't put it any better! One thing I've noticed (in the "Public timeline") is a great deal of Twitter is in languages other than english. It is an interesting way to keep up with people.
