It is situated in the Cagayan Valley region in Northern Luzon with Cabarroguis as its capital. It is a mountainous place with cool weather temperature, ideal for vacation getaway. It can be reached via land travel. There are buses from Manila bound for Isabela, and from there, you will ride on a jeepney or minibuses that is directly bound for Quirino.
