She will be joined by Freshlyground who created the official World Cup video prior to the start of the games. I guess this brings everything around full circle since "Waka Waka" was performed by Shakira and Freshlyground back on June 10 at the 2010 FIFA World Cup Kick-Off concert in Soweto.
