The changes to what you can and cannot build to a property without planning permission have been considerably altered from the previous PD rules. We explore and discuss these issues to try and demystify the current confusion within the council and planning system. Householder extensions, loft conversions, dormer windows and ancillary garden buildings are possibly more easily to erect without planning approval than before.
