Oracle sues SAP for website espionage

Oracle sued SAP, alleging employees with the German firm passed themselves off as Oracle customers so they could engage in the wholesale theft of proprietary Oracle support materials.

If you can't compete - spy.

I don't think that is true - atleast in the case of SAP!!
Well, that's my opinion.

Well I don't n know either, but SAP is not "returning calls" and if a company is accused of espionage I would suspect it would do whatever in its power to disregard the accusations. Of course I do expect SAP will eventually deny the allegations but I also don't think Oracle would make these claims and sue just because it feels like it. We'll see...
