Oracle sues SAP for website espionage

I don't think that is true - atleast in the case of SAP!!

Well I don't n know either, but SAP is not "returning calls" and if a company is accused of espionage I would suspect it would do whatever in its power to disregard the accusations. Of course I do expect SAP will eventually deny the allegations but I also don't think Oracle would make these claims and sue just because it feels like it. We'll see...
