Las Vegas is a major resort city in the state of Nevada and foreclosures are conducted as per the law of the state. Most Las Vegas foreclosures happen out of the court, but the borrower has no redemption period. Although in-court foreclosures are uncommon in Las Vegas, the borrower has a one-year redemption period with respect to the property in such a process.
