44 months, 3 weeks, 21 hours agoDid you ever see the TV show Dancing With The Stars? My wife watched Season 1. And like thousands of husbands across North America, I got quot;encouraged quot; to take dance lessons. With us it was a trial package of 6 basic lessons at Arthur Murray Dance Studio. We walked into the dance studio 3 years ago, and it took me 4 hours of lessons to learn how to waltz in the shape of a box with my darling wife. The instructor, a cute little waif of a girl, clapped excitedly and encouraged me on such tremendous progress in just 6 lessons.
quot;Good grief I m a spaz! quot; I thought to myself. I was the University of Toronto s Male Athlete of the Year in 1988 with letters in hockey, soccer, waterpolo and football. Taking 4 steps in the shape of a square shouldn t be this damn hard!
