36 months, 2 weeks, 2 days, 22 hours agoIn 1994, at a conference that took place in Cairo, the medical world documented that hazardous abortion was a global communal health problem and agreed that every country should find a way to solve this problem. Many countries that have legalized abortion have decreased the death rate and not the abortion rate. This only determines if the termination of a pregnancy will take place under secure and non-secure circumstances. However, there are countries that still do not permit abortion due to religious or cultural reasons.
