http://recordingindustryvspeople.blogspot.com/2007/03/riaa-i...
Anyone that has set me as there fan will realize that i continually submit stories about RIAA and DMCA (and notable others). I hate anything to do with these companies, whilst i support artists and copyright holders rights i completely detest the tactics that these companies use. In this particular case the RIAA is insisting on deposing Tanya Andersen's 10-year-old daughter in Atlantic v. Andersen, in Oregon. "It's scary when you think about a case like this case," Jean said. "These men might have pleaded guilty never knowing the DNA evidence was exculpatory. ... It's a scary concept."

RIAA - Judge denies RIAA request to reconsider attorneys' fees award
http://arstechnica.com/news.ars/post/20070424-judge-denies-r...
RIAA are now caught between a rock and a hard place. The first wave of litigants whom RIAA have been trying to defame and extort money from are winning there cases and reaching a point where Judges are siding with them to take the case into the public domain. In Capitol v. Foster, the judge has denied the RIAA's motion for reconsideration of his attorneys' fees award. What this means is that her case is in arms throw of reaching a happy ending for her and bad for RIAA.
